In 1913, Oscar Greco founded the Greco's Bakery, adopting the motto "the taste will tell". Oscar's son Cecil Greco, born that same year and raised in the bakery, developed a natural talent and love for baking. Cecil opened the original Greco's Pizza in 1969, retaining the quality and pride in service he learned from his father.
We use modified pizza ovens to cook our pizzas directly on stone bricks. We use the finest unbleached flour with fresh baker's yeast to prepare our dough daily right here in our restaurant. Combined with the addition of cornmeal, our distinctive crust is unlike anyone else's.
We visited it today and it is better than what we expected. Waitress was friendly and she helped us in deciding the food. Highly recommended. We will be going back there soon.
