Greco's Pizza and Pasta
In 1913, Oscar Greco founded the Greco's Bakery, adopting the motto "the taste will tell". Oscar's son Cecil Greco, born that same year and raised in the bakery, developed a natural talent and love for baking. Cecil opened the original Greco's Pizza in 1969, retaining the quality and pride in service he learned from his father.
We use modified pizza ovens to cook our pizzas directly on stone bricks. We use the finest unbleached flour with fresh baker's yeast to prepare our dough daily right here in our restaurant. Combined with the addition of cornmeal, our distinctive crust is unlike anyone else's.

We live close to Greco's on Algonquin.and regularly have supper here. Greco 's is a neighbourhood restaurant and people of all stripes come here from teens to older couples. The staff are always friendly and work hard to make your meal memorable. The food is fresh and plentiful. Pizzas are the best in town and the choice of toppings are varied. The pasta is excellent.The beer is always cold. If you're in North Bay make a point to stop at Greco on Algonquin. You won't be disappointed.
